Our recent stay was fabulous! The breakfast was homemade and delicious, especially the gluten-free blueberry pancakes! The view from our room was stunning, although I wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. I would definitely come back!

The stairs leading to the upstairs rooms are dangerously steep!!! Not to mention the constant incline when walking to town can be exhausting!!! Consider adding handrails for safety!!!

Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, with outstanding views from the deck and a perfect location just a block from the waterfront, making it incredibly easy to explore the local shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with Sea View 02 and it was cozy! The room had a great view and was very clean. Kristy made amazing breakfasts that we could enjoy at our own pace. The only downside was the tiny bathroom, but overall, it felt like a lovely getaway.

The King Room with Sea View 03 was spacious and had beautiful views. Nice touches like a coffee machine and comfy bathrobes made it feel extra special. Breakfast was served hot to our room, and Kristie even remembered my tea preference. The location was perfect for strolling to nearby shops and restaurants.

Harbor House Inn is a charming bed & breakfast with beautiful décor and a fantastic location just a block from the heart of Boothbay Harbor. The breakfasts were outstanding, with delicious blueberry pancakes and excellent suggestions from Kristy for local activities. My king room with sea view was luxurious and incredibly comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable.
The bathroom was a bit small.

the mattress was too soft for us.
